David Roberts
Head of Freight & Logistics Transactions
David focuses solely on the Freight Forwarding, Transportation and Logistics sector. David has vast experience in providing buy & sell side M&A services, most recently as a lead advisor for several global buy-side mandates.
A focus on advising privately owned companies, PLC's, and private equity on strategic reviews, disposals and acquisitions within the global freight market.

David has forged relationships with many of the industry’s largest organisations through numerous cross-border transactions as well as advising SME’s through UK domestic deals.
​
Residing in London, he enjoys travelling and outdoor sporting activities such as Golf (in the summer!)
Luke Mitchell
Head of Deal Origination
Luke has tailored his extensive Corporate Finance knowledge to focus on both the Transport & Logistics and Recruitment sectors, acting as the first point of contact for clients across both industries.

Luke focuses on managing and developing relationships globally, with business owners, corporate board members, the mid-market private equity community and intermediaries.
​
Whilst assisting both Charlie & David in their buy and sell side mandates, Luke has developed an enviable network across both sectors and is responsible for originating deal flow.
​
Living in South West London, he plays Saturday league football, in the Wimbledon & District League.
Charlie Watson
Head of Human Capital Management Transactions
Charlie has been active in the HCM industry for over 10 years, starting in executive search and then transferring into deal origination for a boutique corporate finance firm.
​
​​Having only ever worked in the sector, Charlie has a vast amount of industry experience. He's developed a network of key industry contacts both domestically and internationally and supported many clients with their non-organic growth.
​
​Successful projects include platform investments for Private Equity, geographical expansion for strategics and domestic roll ups.
​
​Outside work hobbies include supporting Chelsea, skiing in the Alps and cooking.
