Connect Corporate Finance are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR) by our client Org Group.
Established in 2018, EDR has become a European market leader in workforce solutions to Oracle and other ERP’s. With offices in Brussels, Belgium and London this acquisition enables Org to expand their presence across EMEA and leverage EDR’s expertise in the Oracle ecosystem.
